The operation of OK! Beauty Club is based on matching the unique profiles of its members with available product samples. Offers are tailored to individual preferences, meaning that members may not receive offers from every brand partnered with the club. Nevertheless, there is confidence that the samples sent will be well-received. When a suitable product is identified, an email is dispatched to the member with the offer of a sample. If members do not receive offers for an extended period, they are encouraged to check their spam folder to ensure emails are not missed.
Due to the high demand for OK! Beauty Club, product samples are often claimed rapidly by other members who have similar profile preferences. Once all available samples have been allocated, new orders cannot be accepted, and members will see a notification indicating that the samples are out of stock.
Once a product has been shipped, it will show up in the 'To Review' section of the member's account. Feedback can be submitted seven days after the product's arrival. If a review has not been completed within three weeks of receiving the sample, an email reminder will be sent, which will include a link to a feedback form.
Members have the ability to delete their account by navigating to 'Settings' and then 'Privacy', followed by selecting 'Delete account'.
