Richard Mark Bray, Liam's attorney, is serving as an administrator of the estate alongside Cheryl. The funds will be placed in a trust until Bear reaches the age of 18, although access to some of the money will be available prior to that time.

Liam welcomed Bear in 2017 during his relationship with Cheryl, which lasted for about two years. At the time of Bear's birth, Liam expressed immense joy and gratitude, stating that it was a moment he would never forget and praised Cheryl for her role as a mother, saying she made his dreams come true.
