Milagro Still Owes Megan Thee Stallion $75K, Requests Delay

Megan Thee Stallion's legal battle with Milagro Gramz continues as a judge reinstates a $75,000 payout while Gramz seeks to delay the payment amid claims of defamation.

The ongoing legal dispute between Milagro Gramz and Megan Thee Stallion continues, as the blogger seeks to halt the enforcement of a judgment against her. This case arises from allegations that Milagro, whose real name is Milagro Cooper, engaged in a campaign to defame and disseminate false information about the rapper in the wake of the Tory Lanez shooting incident.

Megan filed her lawsuit in 2024, claiming that Milagro promoted conspiracy theories related to the shooting and shared misleading narratives about the Houston rapper. The lawsuit further alleged that Milagro collaborated with individuals associated with Lanez and was compensated to propagate favorable narratives about him while undermining Megan's credibility.

Megan's legal representatives contended that the content produced by Milagro contributed to a prolonged effort to intimidate and publicly shame the Grammy-winning artist following Lanez's conviction. In contrast, Milagro has denied any wrongdoing and has contested several of the allegations against her.

Recent reports indicated that the $75,000 judgment against Milagro had been reduced, but court reporter Meghann Cuniff clarified those claims. She shared a series of documents on X, confirming that Gramz still owes Megan the full amount, noting, "She wants a judge to let her hold off on paying until after she appeals the defamation judgment."

In response to Milagro's request, Megan's legal team argued that she should at least be required to pay a bond equal to the judgment. They insisted that Milagro should not be granted leniency due to her previous attacks on the rapper. The legal document stated, "The same Defendant who showed no hesitation when she broadcast that Plaintiff was a liar, directed her audience to a deep-fake pornographic video of Plaintiff, and threatened to run Plaintiff over with a car, now pleads for the Court’s solicitude so that she may avoid the consequences of a jury’s verdict and this Court’s judgment."

Milagro informed the court that she lacks the financial means to pay the judgment, citing her responsibilities as a mother of two.
