Television presenter Jeremy Clarkson has announced his diagnosis of cancer during an episode of his show, Clarkson's Farm, which was released on Wednesday. The specific date the footage was filmed is not disclosed, but it was recorded in 2024 and 2025.

In the episode, Clarkson, who is 66 years old, informs series regulars Kaleb Cooper and Charlie Ireland about his health condition, leaving them visibly taken aback by the news. While Clarkson did not specify the type of cancer he has been diagnosed with, he referred to it as "aggressive" and mentioned that he had undergone a procedure to remove a portion of his prostate as part of his treatment.

Clarkson shared, "I disappeared off the other week and I had a biopsy, and it is cancer, and it's aggressive, but it's really early." He also revealed that he had been aware of his diagnosis since May, assuring his colleagues, "I promise I'll be fine," while indicating that he would need to take a break for a short period.

Prior to the release of the final two episodes of the series, Clarkson posted a video on his Instagram account warning fans that these episodes would be "a difficult watch."

The fifth series of Clarkson's Farm has prominently featured Clarkson's health issues, starting with a discussion about a heart procedure he underwent in October 2024. In a column for the Sunday Times, he described a serious condition where one of the arteries supplying blood to his heart was completely blocked, and another was on the verge of blockage.

He explained that he had a stent inserted, which is a small tube used to keep narrowed or blocked arteries open, allowing for improved blood flow.
