Jane Seymour, 75, Shares Her Approach to Aging Naturally and Celebrates Personal Milestones

At 75, Jane Seymour embraces aging without cosmetic enhancements, sharing her secrets and celebrating her career and engagement to John Zambetti.

Jane Seymour, the renowned actress known for her role in "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman," has expressed her contentment with aging naturally, eschewing cosmetic procedures such as lasers and fillers. In an exclusive interview with Page Six at the 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala, she stated, "This is what happens," and emphasized that she is not attempting to look 30 at 75, humorously adding, "I mean, maybe 60 would be nice."

Seymour elaborated on her approach to acting, noting that she has been portraying older characters. She believes that authentic emotion is crucial in her performances, stating, "for real authentic emotion, you need every muscle to work."

At this stage in her life, Seymour feels she is the happiest she has ever been, celebrating significant achievements both professionally and personally. She highlighted her role in the series "Harry Wild," which is currently in its fifth season, and remarked, "Who has a series when they’re 75? Nobody."

Looking ahead, Seymour has plans to start filming a new movie in Australia later this year and is preparing for a one-woman art show in New Jersey. Recently, she unveiled a collection of watercolor paintings at the "Vibrant Visions and Healing Hearts" exhibit, held at Ocean Galleries in Stone Harbor, NY, from June 12 to June 14.

In addition to her artistic endeavors, Seymour is also celebrating her engagement to singer-songwriter John Zambetti after three years of dating. On the red carpet, she shared her excitement with Us Weekly, saying, "Someone decided they wanted to be with me for the rest of their lives. My singer-songwriter."

Seymour affectionately referred to Zambetti as her muse, stating, "So now I have a singer-songwriter in the house, which is amazing." This upcoming marriage will mark Seymour's fifth, having previously been married to theater director Michael Attenborough from 1971 to 1973, author Geoffrey Planer from 1977 to 1978, business manager David Flynn from 1981 to 1992, and actor James Keach from 1993 to 2015.

The actress first introduced her relationship with Zambetti to her followers on Instagram in October 2023.
